Michelle - Northeast Houston- Loan Officer/Underwriter

Michelle's lending experience dates back more than 15 years. Her career began with a small bank, working as a Loan Secretary. There, she gained a good foundation in lending, and has been moving forward since. She was later introduced to the commercial side of lending where she worked with million dollar corporations, making decisions on million dollar loans. After a layoff in 2007, Michelle switched career gears, but has since realized where her passion is; lending. Michelle's experience, professionalism, and drive have afforded her success within the industry. She is now ready to take all she has learned, and use it within a credit union. Sam- Northwest Houston - Loan Officer/ Underwriter

Sam has had exposure in one way or another to credit analysis for the last 10 years. He also had some indirect exposure to credit unions for the last 7 years. Sam was a Credit Analyst for Credit Union Acceptance Company where he worked directly with credit unions assisting in financing auto loans. Sam quickly moved to a Credit Analyst II and then finally a Sr. Credit Analyst. Sam is the ultimate professional. He is also friendly, personable, and energetic. Sonia - Southwest Houston - Call Center

Sonia has worked in call centers for the majority of her career. In her most recent position with JP Morgan Chase, she works in a large call center where she handles in excess of 100+ calls per day. She is bilingual, and primarily handles Spanish speaking customers. She enjoys her position, but the hours are no longer convenient for her. Sonia is professional, friendly, and very driven. She has been one of the top producers within her department. She loves to cross sell and help with any escalated issues. She has also done some training and coaching in her position. Benjamin - Southwest Houston - Call Center

Benjamin has several years of banking experience. He worked for both JP Morgan Chase and Wood Forest National Bank. Benjamin has excelled in an aggressive retail banking environment and seeks that challenge in his next position. He relocated to Houston a few months ago with his wife, whose job was transferred. Benjamin is professional, friendly, and loves sales. He is most interested in the credit union industry because he loves the credit union philosophy and feels his banking experience would be beneficial in that environment. Taye had her own training company in North Carolina for 10 years. 90% of her business came from training with Credit Unions Leagues and banks. The Credit Union Leagues would hire her to train in classroom setting on topics such as Branch Manager training, teller training; regulatory that affects the front line staff such as BSA and Reg. CC. She has also trained Team work, Management Skills, generational training, product training, sells training and more. She loves what she does!

Prior to her own business, she worked in Houston for Interaction Training Systems as a trainer. Their clients were banks and credit unions. After 5 years, she had the opportunity to go anywhere, so she decided o move to NC. It was time to move back closer to family in Houston. Taye is available immediately

Juliana- FSR wanting growth! - Lives NW

Juliana is a go-getter and passionate about her job and wants a place to grow with. Currently an FSR with a bank, her husband (a credit union employee) has opened her eyes to the Credit Union Industry and she wants in. You will get a thinker, a problem solver, a decision maker, a reliable employee. As an FSR with Wachovia, she is always looking for identify new opportunities to cross-sell the products and services to her new and existing customers. Linda has one year of Courtesy Booth experience with Fiesta. As a Teller for Fiesta, Linda is responsible for cashing checks, selling money orders and making utility payments. Her duties are similar to that of a Credit Union Teller. Linda is looking for an entry-level position in the CU industry. She is bright, eager to learn and ready to begin her career.
